Life Coaching

Psychotherapeutic Approach To
Managing Illness

To truly understand why you need coaching, you first have to acknowledge what it’s all about. At this moment in time, you might feel lost with no specific end goal in sight. By the time you’ve finished working with us, you will have:-

  • looked towards the future
  • identified your goals
  • and know how to reach them

We will provide you with the structure you need to do this.

Our ultimate goal is to empower you, rather than having you to depend on us. In most cases, a course of treatment runs between 5 to 20 sessions. Each session typically runs for 30 to 60 minutes and takes place either once or twice a week.

Physical

If you experience physical difficulty, coaching can train your brain to overcome or cope better with some of the pain you experience on a day to day basis. Our coaching can also help you to take more control over your body, as you will become more aware of how you feel at any one time and therefore able to manage it better. Our programs are tailored to your individual condition and circumstances so together we can most effectively work to improve your situation.

Psychological

Adult coaching can help you to realise the limits you perceive today are only temporary and that everything is achievable. You will develop an understanding of your own pressure points and improve how you respond to certain situations. Coaching can help to manage a lot of life’s difficulties more effectively – from relationship breakdowns to work commitments. It can aid in mental disorders such as depression, anxiety lack of confidence as well as everyday habits such as OCD and indecisiveness.

Program

At Changing Tomorrow, we have taken personal development management a step further by combining CBT, NLP and Mindfulness techniques into one powerful course. By taking relevant parts from each of these methods we are able to provide a unique and useful program to improve the symptoms with which you are faced.

This course gives you the best possible chance of overcoming the symptoms of your condition or disorder. By giving you a wealth of tools and the understanding needed to make the best use of them, we ensure that you are fully equipped to improve your quality of life going forward.

Our specialists will assess your individual circumstances to recommend the most effective program for you.

CBT

Behavioural

Therapy

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a type of therapy which can help you manage your problems by focusing on changing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

The underlying idea behind CBT is that your behaviour is influenced by your thoughts.  The way CBT works is by enabling you to understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviour then taking control of them.

NLP

Every new thing we learn is being processed by our unconscious mind linking it to a name, a concept, or a term. The structure of these pathways determines how we are able to react to specific situations.

NLP is a branch of science that has developed a set of tools to help you understand and “re-wire” those connections. Its purpose is to help you to acquire the personal traits and attitudes you want.

In the present

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present. It means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and the surrounding environment.

Instead of letting life pass by, mindfulness lets people live in the moment and awaken the mind to fully experience everything around them.

Better Vision

If you want to live a life that is full and with plenty of opportunity then you need to open your mind to everything around you.
